Для Беларусі вельмі важна азнаёміцца з дасягненнямі і нават сакрэтамі італьянскіх спецыялістаў у сыраварстве і вытворчасці іншых малочных прадуктаў, таму што ў нас малочная галіна актыўна развіваецца, нарошчваюцца аб'ёмы вытворчасці малака і яго перапрацоўкі, адкрываюцца шырокія магчымасці для экспарту і павелічэння аб'ёмаў унутраных продажаў. Павышэнне канкурэнтаздольнасці прадукцыі за кошт росту яе якасці - у прыярытэце. Такую заяву ў размове з журналістамі на палях беларуска-італьянскага круглага стала ў галіне тэхналогій перапрацоўкі малака і вытворчасці малочных прадуктаў, што праходзіць з 10 па 13 верасня ў Нацыянальнай акадэміі навук, зрабіў старыня Прэзідыума НАН Беларусі Уладзімір Гусакоў, перадае карэспандэнт БЕЛТА.
Гэты беларуска-італьянскі круглы стол стаў ужо другім - першы прайшоў у сталіцы ў канцы лютага і быў прысвечаны развіццю жывёлагадоўлі. Уладзімір Гусакоў адзначыў, што прадаўжаецца двухбаковае супрацоўніцтва па ўзаемнай дамоўленасці, а значыць, зацікаўленасць ёсць з абодвух бакоў.
"Вельмі многія адзначаюць бездакорную якасць беларускай малочнай прадукцыі, але спыняцца на дасягнутым мы не павінны, трэба рухацца наперад. У сувязі з гэтым вопыт італьянскага боку для нас вельмі важны. Мы разумеем, што кожны прытрымліваецца ўласных інтарэсаў, але спадзяёмся азнаёміцца з некаторымі сакрэтамі італьянцаў у выпуску сыроў і іншых малочных прадуктаў, - зрабіў акцэнт ён. - Нам цікавы найноўшыя тэхналогіі, закваскі, прымяненне ў вытворчасці мікраарганізмаў і іх цэлых комплексаў для павышэння якасці прадукцыі".
У праграме візіту гасцей не толькі абмеркаванне перспектыўных напрамкаў і механізмаў сумеснай навукова-тэхнічнай дзейнасці ў галіне тэхналогій перапрацоўкі малака і вытворчасці малочных прадуктаў, але і наведванне арганізацый Аддзялення аграрных навук НАН Беларусі і айчынных прадпрыемстваў па вытворчасці дзіцячага харчавання. Уладзімір Гусакоў анансаваў запланаванае падпісанне камюніке аб далейшым супрацоўніцтве на аснове вынікаў двух праведзеных круглых сталоў.
"Акцэнт - на практычным складніку двухбаковага ўзаемадзеяння. Таму ў абмеркаваннях удзельнічаюць не толькі вучоныя - тут сёння і кіраўнікі вялікіх перапрацоўчых прадпрыемстваў рэспублікі. Яны павінны ведаць аб дасягненнях італьянскіх партнёраў у малочнай галіне і з дапамогай пытанняў, далейшага абмену думкамі знаходзіць шляхі вырашэння лакальных праблем", - перакананы старшыня Прэзідыума НАН.
Задачы вучоных у галіне малочнай прамысловасці таксама разнастайныя: гэта і выпуск новых відаў прадукцыі, павышэнне запатрабаванасці і канкурэнтаздольнасці існуючых тавараў, задавальненне спажывецкага попыту, у тым ліку людзей, маючых патрэбу ў асаблівым харчаванні, напрыклад, з-за пэўных захворванняў, спартсменаў або дзяцей. Для дасягнення поспехаў па намечаных вектарах важна знаёміцца з вопытам замежных партнёраў.
"Цяпер супрацоўніцтва складваецца ў пазітыўным рэчышчы і мае залог устойлівага развіцця. Зацікаўленасць абодвух бакоў відавочная", - падвёў вынік Уладзімір Гусакоў.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
