Ежегодно более 500 молодых людей из разных регионов Беларуси принимают участие в программах некоммерческой общественной организации «Лига добровольного труда молодежи»! Она создана для сохранения традиций студенческих отрядов и развития волонтёрского движения в нашей стране. Партнёры Лиги находятся более чем в 30 странах мира. Является членом нескольких международных организаций: входит в Альянс Европейских волонтёрских организаций, имеет аккредитацию на отправку и приём волонтёров по программе Европейская волонтёрская служба. Продолжительность проектов от 2 недель до 12 месяцев. Так, Алексей Никанов и Денис Никончук из Минска, а также Анна Игольникова из Москвы, встретились во Франции, узнали, что такое шпаклёвка и как работать на бетономешалке, увидели достопримечательности Бордо и попробовали блюда из разных национальных кухонь. Этот опыт волонтёрства подарил им не только знакомство с людьми из разных уголков мира, с культурой и историей Франции, но и настоящую дружбу! Так, Анна, по приглашению ребят, приехала в Минск и оказалась у нас в студии. Что из этого вышло – узнаете из нашей весёлой беседы!
Волонтёрить за рубежом не просто весело, но и очень полезно. Во-первых, можно освоить новые профессиональные навыки или прокачать старые, во-вторых, выучить или улучшить иностранные языки, в-третьих, познакомиться со страной, в которую приехал волонтёрить, и рассказать о своей – заняться, так сказать, народной дипломатией. В общем, «плюшек» у этого вида деятельности масса. Некоторые настолько втягиваются в процесс, что уже не могут остановиться! Алексей Никанов участвует в программах «Лиги добровольного труда молодёжи» с 2015 года, пять раз он побывал во Франции, где занимался реконструкцией различных исторических объектов. И каждый раз участие в проектах Лиги для него – это новый вызов, новые эмоции и новые впечатления. Лихорадкой волонтёрства он заразил и своего друга Дениса Никончука, для которого такой опыт был первым. А вот Анна Игольникова до Франции попробовала себя в качестве фотографа в Исландии. Несмотря на то, что каждый из них подошёл к этому волонтёрству со своим багажом, у всех накопилось много увлекательных историй, которыми они щедро поделились с нами!
Если вы всё же решитесь поволонтёрить в другой стране, нужно не только найти организацию, которая поможет вам выбрать подходящую программу и оформить необходимые документы – это только начало длинного и увлекательного пути! Так что, ловите лайфхаки от уже искушенных волонтёров Дениса Никончука из Минска и Анны Игольниковой из Москвы!
На самом деле, не так и сложно стать волонтёром, главное – желание! Ведь волонтёрство не имеет границ, а его представители, как известно, могут всё! Так что, никогда не поздно попробовать, потому что изменить мир под силу каждому!

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
