Беларусь и Узбекистан имеют большие возможности для развития промышленной кооперации. Такое мнение сегодня журналистам высказал председатель Комитета законодательной палаты Олий Мажлиса по вопросам инновационного развития, информационной политики и информационных технологий Илхом Абдуллаев на полях I Форума регионов Беларуси и Узбекистана, передает БЕЛТА.
Парламентарий отметил, что экономики двух стран не являются конкурирующими, сельское хозяйство, например, выпускает разную продукцию. "У нас очень большие возможности для кооперации", - сказал Илхом Абдуллаев. У Беларуси и Узбекистана, по его словам, "только хорошие перспективы для совместной деятельности".
Он обратил внимание, что Узбекистан - одно из ключевых государств Центральной Азии. "Мы могли бы быть хабом белорусской продукции для поставки ее на весь регион", - пояснил парламентарий. В свою очередь Узбекистан заинтересован в транспортно-логистической инфраструктуре, которая имеется в Беларуси, добавил Илхом Абдуллаев.
Кроме того, узбекская сторона хотела бы развивать сотрудничество с Беларусью в АПК, образовании, культуре.
Председатель Постоянной комиссии по промышленности, топливно-энергетическому комплексу, транспорту и связи Палаты представителей Андрей Рыбак, выступая на секции, отметил, что решение о проведении Форума регионов является свидетельством значительной повестки. "Уверен, что эта повестка в будущем будет только расширяться, давая веские поводы для новых дружественных встреч и совместных мероприятий", - сказал депутат.
Концепцией форума обозначено, что ключевым фактором развития межгосударственных отношений является сотрудничество регионов. "Именно такая точка зрения помогает понять, что каждый успешно реализованный инвестиционный проект, совместный коммерческий контракт - это конкретная польза для рядовых граждан Беларуси и Узбекистана. Это новые рабочие места, повышение доходов, процветание регионов, а значит - уверенность людей в завтрашнем дне", - подчеркнул Андрей Рыбак. "Поэтому представляется крайне важным оказывать всемерную поддержку межрегиональным связям, в том числе в торгово-экономической сфере", - подытожил он.
Форум регионов Беларуси и Узбекистана открылся сегодня в Минске с проведения тематических секций. Программой форума их предусмотрено три: по вопросам промышленной кооперации, агропромышленного комплекса, взаимодействия в гуманитарной, информационно-коммуникационной и научной сферах.
Главной темой пленарного заседания, которое состоится 30 июля, станет сотрудничество регионов как ключевой фактор развития межгосударственных отношений. Ожидается, что на площадках форума будут подписаны около 15 межрегиональных соглашений о сотрудничестве, а также коммерческие контракты.
Гости и участники форума смогут ознакомиться с выставкой-ярмаркой узбекских товаров. Тематические выставки будут работать и на секциях. Кроме того, в дни форума в Минске откроют бюст узбекского поэта Алишера Навои.
Участие в мероприятии примут представители регионов, министерств и ведомств, парламентарии, деловые круги двух стран. Делегацию Узбекистана возглавляет первый заместитель председателя Сената Олий Мажлиса Садык Сафаев. Будут представлены Андижанская, Бухарская, Джизакская, Наманганская, Самаркандская, Хорезмская, Ферганская и Ташкентская области.
Форум приурочен к официальному визиту в Беларусь Президента Узбекистана Шавката Мирзиеева.
