Der Präsident von Belarus Alexander Lukaschenko schlägt vor, allmählich jüngere Politiker an die Macht zu führen. Das sagte er in der Sitzung des Exekutivkomitees vom Nationalen Olympischen Komitee von Belarus. „Es ist an der Zeit, dass eine neue Generation an der gesamten politischen Front an die Ruder kommen soll. Wir stehen heute vor der Aufgabe, ohne Lärm und Alarm junge Politiker im Alter von 40/45 bis 50 Jahren an die Macht zu führen. Die alten bleiben doch nicht ewig im Amt“, sagte er.
„Ich möchte keine 25-Järhigen zu Ministern ernennen – und nicht nur aus dem Grund, dass sie unerfahren sind, sondern weil sie von Personen, die über eine lange Zeit hinweg hohe Posten bekleidet haben, nicht richtig aufgenommen werden können. Ich habe das am eigenen Leib erleben müssen, als ich mit 38 Jahren Präsident wurde. Ich habe verstanden, alles oll zu seiner Zeit geschehen, das betrifft Menschen, ihr Alter und ihre Erfahrungen ebenso.“ Alexander Lukaschenko betonte, dass neue Personalentscheidungen im Sportministerium das Beispiel darstellen, wo ernsthafte und erfahrene Menschen zu Leitern wurden.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
