Досрочное голосование проходило с 21 по 25 января. Избиратели продемонстрировали достаточно высокую явку. Досрочно на выборах Президента Республики Беларусь проголосовали 41,81% граждан, включенных в списки избирателей.
На территории страны образовано 5325 участков для голосования. Они будут работать сегодня с 8.00 до 20.00. Избиратели, включенные в списки, смогут получить бюллетень для голосования при предъявлении паспорта (ID-карты). Кроме того, можно предоставить и другой документ, который подтверждает личность, - водительское удостоверение, удостоверение инвалида (если в нем есть фото) или пенсионное удостоверение. Для военнослужащих срочной службы предусмотрено предоставление военного билета, для работников государственных органов и организаций - служебного удостоверения. Если гражданин утерял паспорт (ID-карту) или их похитили, то органы внутренних дел выдают соответствующие справки, которые подтверждают личность. Молодежь может проголосовать по студенческому билету или билету учащегося.
В бюллетень внесены данные о пяти кандидатах. Напротив каждого кандидата размещен квадрат. В одном из квадратов - напротив того кандидата, за которого вы голосуете, - необходимо поставить любой знак, например галочку. Если во время заполнения бюллетеня избиратель допустил ошибку или испортил бюллетень, то он может обратиться к членам участковой избирательной комиссии и получить новый бюллетень для голосования. Однако таким правом можно воспользоваться только один раз.
Бюллетени для голосования изготовлены на белорусском языке. В эту кампанию они дополнены припиской для избирателей - предупреждением о том, что закон запрещает фото- и видеосъемку заполненного бюллетеня, а также вынос бюллетеня за пределы помещения для голосования. С обратной стороны бюллетень имеет цветовую защиту. Накануне голосования не менее двух членов участковой комиссии должны проставить подписи на оборотной стороне бюллетеня. В случае отсутствия таких подписей бюллетени будут признаваться недействительными.
Избиратели имеют возможность проголосовать на дому. Если избиратель по состоянию здоровья или по другим уважительным причинам не сможет прийти в помещение для голосования, он вправе письменно или устно обратиться в соответствующую участковую комиссию с просьбой организовать голосование по месту его нахождения. Избиратель может передать такую просьбу в участковую комиссию при содействии других лиц, например родственников, соседей. Официального подтверждения причин невозможности прийти в помещение для голосования не требуется. Избиратель может обратиться с просьбой об организации голосования по месту своего нахождения вплоть до 18.00 26 января.
Избирателям с ограниченными физическими возможностями будет оказана необходимая помощь на участках для голосования. Для незрячих изготовлены информационные материалы о кандидатах в Президенты Республики Беларусь, выполненные шрифтом Брайля, а также трафареты для самостоятельного заполнения бюллетеня. На участках для голосования организовано дежурство волонтеров.
На сайте ЦИК Беларуси работает сервис по поиску участка для голосования. Указав необходимые данные, любой избиратель может узнать, где находится его участок для голосования, чтобы принять участие в важном для страны событии - выборах Президента Республики Беларусь.
Сегодня, в основной день выборов, агитация запрещена законодательством.
