SOZ-Generalsekretär: Belarus ist ein aktives Mitglied der Organisation mit vielen Initiativen zur Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit

Belarus ist ein aktives Mitglied der Shanghaier Organisation für Zusammenarbeit und bietet zahlreiche Initiativen zur Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Ländern in den Bereichen Handel, Investitionen, Industriekooperation und Kultur. Das erklärte SOZ-Generalsekretär, Nurlan Jermekbajew, der an der Spitze der SOZ-Beobachtermission für die Präsidentschaftswahl in Belarus eintraf.

Belarus war seit vielen Jahren auf dem Weg in die Schanghaier Organisation für Zusammenarbeit. Seit 2010 nahm es im Status eines Dialogpartners und seit 2015 im Status eines Beobachters an der SOZ teil. Im Juli 2024 wurde Belarus Vollmitglied der Organisation. „Die Shanghaier Organisation für Zusammenarbeit ist darüber sehr erfreut. Unsere Organisation ist um einen sehr aktiven und maßgeblichen Staat reicher geworden. Noch während des Beobachterstatus machte und macht die belarussische Seite sehr interessante praktische Vorschläge für die Zusammenarbeit in verschiedenen Bereichen. Sobald Belarus Vollmitglied der SOZ wurde, fand eine wichtige Veranstaltung statt - der Tag der Nationalkulturen der SOZ-Mitgliedsstaaten beim internationalen Kunstfestival „Slawischer Basar in Witebsk“. Dies ist nur ein Beispiel dafür, wie aktiv Belarus an den Aktivitäten der SOZ beteiligt ist. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Reihe weiterer Initiativen in den Bereichen kulturelle und humanitäre Zusammenarbeit, Industriekooperation, Investitionen und Handel“, sagte Nurlan Jermekbajew.

Ihm zufolge wird die Exposition „Agro-SOZ“ in diesem Jahr auf der Messe „Belagro“ stattfinden, wenn die Mitgliedsstaaten der Shanghaier Organisation für Zusammenarbeit dem zustimmen. Es gibt auch Pläne für die Teilnahme der SOZ an der Veranstaltung des Festivals „Slawjanski Basar in Witebsk“. „Generell sind in diesem Jahr mehr als 200 verschiedene Veranstaltungen geplant. Dabei handelt es sich sowohl um offizielle Veranstaltungen wie Treffen von Ministern, Ausschussvorsitzenden und Leitern verschiedener staatlicher Organe als auch um solche, die von den Teilnehmerländern selbst initiiert werden. In diesem Jahr ist das Thema der SOZ die nachhaltige Entwicklung. Daher versuchen natürlich alle Länder, Veranstaltungen in diesem Bereich zu organisieren. Das Thema ist sehr breit gefächert - es umfasst grüne Energie, Armutsbekämpfung, Bildung und Gesundheit. Die SOZ ist eine multifunktionale und breit gefächerte Organisation, daher arbeiten wir in allen Bereichen“, sagte der SOZ-Generalsekretär.

Die Reise nach Belarus ist einer der ersten Auslandsbesuche von Nurlan Jermekbajew als SOZ-Generalsekretär. Heute Morgen besuchte er zunächst das Belarussische Institut für Strategische Studien (BISI). „Dieses Institut ist nicht nur im SOZ-Raum, sondern auch weit über dessen Grenzen hinaus bekannt. Seit letztem Jahr ist das BISI als nationales Forschungszentrum im SOZ-Forum benannt worden. Diese Plattform betreibt Forschung und analytische Arbeit nicht nur im Interesse der Shanghaier Organisation für Zusammenarbeit, sondern auch in einem breiteren internationalen Kontext und erarbeitet Vorschläge für die weitere Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit in der SOZ. Das Belarussische Institut für Strategische Studien hat bereits aktiv an diesen Veranstaltungen teilgenommen. Wir gehen davon aus, dass das BISI auch in diesem Jahr aktiv an der Tagung des SOZ-Forums teilnehmen wird. Darüber hinaus gibt es innerhalb der SOZ ein Konsortium wirtschaftlicher Think Tanks. Das Belarussische Institut für Strategische Studien nimmt ebenfalls daran teil. Diese beiden Foren repräsentieren einen sehr wichtigen Tätigkeitsbereich der SOZ-Mitgliedsstaaten und -Partner - die analytische wissenschaftliche Untermauerung der Aktivitäten der Shanghaier Organisation für Zusammenarbeit. Ich denke, wir haben viel mit den belarussischen Analysten zu besprechen, es gibt Themen, über die wir uns austauschen können, so dass unsere Interaktion allen SOZ-Mitgliedsstaaten praktische Vorteile bringen würde“, sagte der SOZ-Generalsekretär.

21st June was fifth International Yoga Day observed across the world. The theme for Yoga Day 2019 was "Yoga for Climate Action”. On this day, which is dedicated to inner and outer well-being of human body, people across the world practice yoga in groups. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice.
