Межправительственный комитет по охране нематериального культурного наследия ЮНЕСКО в ходе 19-й сессии (г.Асунсьон, Парагвай) 4 декабря принял решение о включении элемента нематериального культурного наследия "Вытинанка - традиционное искусство вырезания из бумаги в Беларуси" в Репрезентативный список нематериального культурного наследия человечества. Об этом корреспонденту БЕЛТА сообщили в пресс-службе белорусского внешнеполитического ведомства.
Вытинанка - традиционное искусство вырезания из бумаги, широко распространенное в Беларуси. Ремесло, зародившееся еще в XVI веке, сегодня обретает второе дыхание. Изысканное и широко признанное как элемент белорусской культуры, искусство вытинанки активно используется в наружном и внутреннем оформлении частных домов и общественных мест, таких как офисы, рестораны, культурные учреждения, театральные декорации. Оно также является неотъемлемой частью традиционных праздников.
Вытинанка становится все более креативной, а ее изящные орнаменты переносятся на ткань и используются как элемент одежды. Современная вытинанка охватывает множество тем, отражающих белорусский образ жизни: любование природой, белорусская история, мифология, обычаи и верования, сельский и городской быт. Это одна из эстетических основ белорусского менталитета и культуры.
Включение этого ремесла в Репрезентативный список нематериального культурного наследия человечества явилось результатом совместной работы сообществ мастеров вытинанки, экспертов и специалистов по охране нематериального культурного наследия, Национальной комиссии Республики Беларусь по делам ЮНЕСКО, Министерства культуры, Белорусского государственного университета культуры и искусств, Министерства иностранных дел и Постоянного представительства Беларуси при ЮНЕСКО.
С включением "Вытинанки" списки нематериального культурного наследия ЮНЕСКО насчитывают шесть белорусских элементов.
Ранее были включены праздничный рождественский обряд "Колядные цари" в Семежево Копыльского района Минской области (2009 год); "Торжество в честь почитания иконы Матери Божьей Будславской (Будславский фест)" в Мядельском районе Минской области (2018 год); "Юрьевский хоровод" в Погосте Житковичского района Гомельской области (2019 год); Культура бортничества (2020 год); "Соломоплетение Беларуси: искусство, ремесло, умения" (2022 год).
