Welch ungewöhnliche Produkte stellen belarussische Industrie-Giganten her? Darüber erzählten die Journalisten des Fernsehsenders Belarus 1.
Woran denken die Belarussen und die Einwohner vieler Länder, wenn sie die Abkürzung MTZ hören? Natürlich an die berühmten belarussischen Traktoren. Aber das Unternehmen produziert auch... Äxte. Sie sind ist eine gemeinsame Entwicklung von MTZ und dem Minsker Werk „Termoplast“.
„Die neue belarussische Axt ist kein einfaches Produkt“, sagt Andrej Juschkewitsch, MTZ-Experte für neue Produkte. „Der Stiel ist aus Polyamid gefertigt. Dieses Material ist sehr stabil, man kann es nicht brechen. Es nimmt keine Feuchtigkeit auf, ist elastisch und bekommt im Gegensatz zu Holz auch in der Sonne keine Risse.“
Die Tatsache, dass die Axt nahezu unzerbrechlich ist, ist nicht nur eine Floskel. Die Journalisten führten einen speziellen Crashtest durch. Ein 4 Tonnen schwerer Traktor „Belarus“, der eine Vorderradlast von 700 kg hat, fuhr über die Axt. Das Ergebnis: Kein einziger Kratzer auf dem Werkzeug.
Der Herstellungsprozess der Äxte beginnt in der Werkstatt für Spezialwerkzeuge und technologische Ausrüstung. Das Unternehmen stellt bis zu 22 Klingen pro Schicht her.
Die jüngste Geschichte der belarussischen Axt begann im April. Während des landesweiten Subbotniks sagte Alexander Lukaschenko: „Wir brauchen unsere eigene Produkte.“
Und Ende Mai wurden dem Präsidenten in Orsha die ersten Muster präsentiert. Das Staatsoberhaupt probierte sie sofort auf seinem Grundstück aus.
Dann setzte der Präsident die belarussische Axt bei der dritten Meisterschaft im Brennholzspalten ein. Diese Werbung hat gewirkt. Die Äxte sind ausverkauft, Anfragen aus den Baugeschäften liegen haufenweise auf dem Tisch. Ausländer wollen so eine Axt haben.
Generell ist es ein cooler Trend, wenn etablierte Industriegiganten neue Produkte herstellen. Unter der Marke BELAZ werden zum Beispiel schicke Herren-Boots produziert. Billiger als die US-Boots. Die Schuhe erfreuen sich einer derart großen Nachfrage, dass sie sogar im Handel nicht immer erhältlich sind.
Der Erfolg der Markenschuhe veranlasste das Unternehmen, eine neue Produktlinie zu schaffen und den ersten BELAZ SHOP zu eröffnen.
Der Reifenhersteller Belshina hat 2016 mit der Produktion von Gummistiefeln begonnen. Und vor zwei Jahren kamen die ersten Eishockey-Pucks von Belshina in die Sportgeschäfte.
