El Presidente de Belarús, Aleksandr Lukashenko, felicitó a los habitantes de la provincia de Grodno con motivo del 80º aniversario de la formación de la región, dieron a conocer a BelTA las fuentes de información oficiales del líder belaruso.
“La provincia de Grodno es una verdadera perla de Belarús, donde se unen de forma única la naturaleza pintoresca, la cultura original, las tradiciones gloriosas y la historia antigua y rica. Fundada hace ocho décadas, en el año de la liberación de la república de los invasores fascistas, la provincia se desarrolla hoy con éxito gracias al duro trabajo creativo de sus habitantes. Los sectores agrario y turístico, la industria y la energía nuclear se convirtieron en la tarjeta de visita de la región”, cita la carta.
El Jefe de Estado señaló que la provincia de Grodno siempre ha sido famosa por sus importantes éxitos en la economía y la esfera social, y los habitantes de Grodno siempre han sido conocidos por su cordialidad, hospitalidad y especial devoción a su patria chica. No es casualidad que la final del Festival Republicano de Culturas Nacionales se celebre en Grodno, lo que demuestra la unidad y la cohesión espiritual del pueblo belaruso, su deseo de vivir en armonía con todos sus vecinos cercanos y lejanos, añadió el Presidente.
“Estoy convencido de que son capaces de hacer realidad cualquier cuento de hadas, de realizar el proyecto más complicado. Y oiremos hablar muchas veces de sus extraordinarios logros”, subrayó el líder belaruso.
Aleksandr Lukashenko deseó a los habitantes de la provincia de Grodno nuevos logros laborales bajo el cielo pacífico de Belarús, así como buena salud, felicidad, optimismo y prosperidad.

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
