Общий объем инвестиций резидентов Китайско-белорусского индустриального парка "Великий камень" за первое полугодие 2021 года составил порядка $20,6 млн, при этом инвестиции в основной капитал увеличились на 34% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года, сообщили БЕЛТА в пресс-службе парка.
Общий объем инвестиций резидентами индустриального парка составил 8,5% от общего объема инвестиций в Минскую область.
Как отметили в пресс-службе, количество резидентов "Великого камня" увеличилось за счет привлечения в парк 14 новых резидентов с китайским, белорусским, российским, швейцарским и украинским капиталами с общим объемом заявленных инвестиций около $40 млн. Вместе с тем будет создано около 654 рабочих мест. Новыми резидентами парка будут реализовываться различные проекты, в том числе производство компьютерной техники, хранение и обработка больших данных, электронная коммерция, интерактивные банковские терминалы и роботизированные аптеки, а также специализированные транспортные средства для сельского и лесного хозяйства.
С начала ведения хозяйственной деятельности резидентами индустриального парка была получена чистая прибыль, отражающая трехкратное увеличение объемов производства. В первой половине текущего года было создано порядка 610 новых рабочих мест, что на 54% больше по сравнению с концом 2020 года.
Китайско-белорусский индустриальный парк "Великий камень" - особая экономическая зона со специальным правовым режимом, расположенная в 25 км от Минска. Приоритетные для парка направления - машиностроение, электроника и телекоммуникации, биотехнологии, фармацевтика, новые материалы, логистика, электронная коммерция, хранение и обработка больших объемов данных.
