В Беларуси в 2020 году была обеспечена устойчивая работа экономики. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Роман Головченко во время заседания Совета Министров, передает корреспондент БЕЛТА.

"Несмотря на беспрецедентное давление как внешних, так и внутренних факторов, в 2020 году обеспечена устойчивая работа экономики. Главой государства были поддержаны предложения правительства, и во второй половине года оказывалась системная поддержка предприятиям реального сектора экономики, бизнесу и конкретным работникам коммерческих и бюджетных организаций. Общая сумма такой поддержки составила более Br2 млрд. В условиях дефицита бюджета, исполнения обязательств по госдолгу это беспрецедентная поддержка. В результате удалось обеспечить бесперебойную работу предприятий, полностью восстановить объемы добавленной стоимости в обрабатывающей промышленности и, самое главное, сохранить трудовые коллективы", - сказал Роман Головченко.

Он подчеркнул, что в прошлом году также обеспечено повышение уровня благосостояния населения. "В течение года устойчиво росла заработная плата, в декабре она достигла без малого Br1,5 тыс. Обеспечен опережающий рост доходов в бюджетной сфере, в первую очередь у врачей и учителей. Целевой ориентир выполнен, соотношение зарплаты бюджетников со средней по стране составило 80,4%. Практически полностью решили задачу по снижению количества организаций с зарплатой менее Br500. За истекший год их число снизилось более чем в 18 раз", - отметил премьер-министр.

"Кроме того, сохранена макроэкономическая сбалансированность. Положительное сальдо внешней торговли за 2020 год составило более $1,9 млрд, или 3,2% к ВВП. За всю историю суверенной Беларуси это максимальный показатель в абсолютном исчислении. Причем наибольший его прирост сложился в II полугодии, в том числе за счет восстановления объемов экспорта товаров", - обратил внимание Роман Головченко.

Он также отметил, что своевременно и в полном объеме обеспечены выплаты по внешним и внутренним валютным обязательствам государства. При этом в прогнозных параметрах сохранены золотовалютные резервы страны.

"Темп роста валового внутреннего продукта за 2020 год составил 99,1%, что гораздо выше среднемировых значений и превышает темп роста мировой экономики на 2,6 процентного пункта, Европейского союза - на 5,5, России - на 2,2", - констатировал премьер-министр.

Роман Головченко затронул вопрос финансового состояния организаций. "Принятые системные решения позволили выйти на итоговый положительный результат. Из убытков, которые были получены в I квартале, по итогам 2020 года вышли на чистую прибыль в объеме Br6,1 млрд. Количество убыточных организаций за этот период сократилось на 37%", - проинформировал он.

"Вместе с тем одной из серьезных проблем, которую мы сегодня должны предметно обсудить, является высокая долговая нагрузка на реальный сектор экономики. По итогам 2020 года суммарная задолженность организаций составила почти Br160 млрд и по сравнению с началом года выросла на 19%. В целях ликвидации так называемого долгового навеса правительством доведен до исполнения последовательный план действий. Обращаюсь к министрам и губернаторам - необходимо активно включиться в его реализацию, отрабатывать вопросы оперативно и качественно. Достижение поставленных целей положительно повлияет не только на итоги работы экономики в 2021 году, но и позволит заложить базис для эффективного развития на пятилетку", - резюмировал премьер-министр.

21st June was fifth International Yoga Day observed across the world. The theme for Yoga Day 2019 was "Yoga for Climate Action”. On this day, which is dedicated to inner and outer well-being of human body, people across the world practice yoga in groups. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice.
