白俄罗斯战略研究所所长安东·杜达罗诺克表示，白俄罗斯和中国在全球经济普遍下滑的背景下保持了发展势头。
白俄罗斯总统在全白俄罗斯人民大会上指出，白俄罗斯和中国之间有着特殊的战略关系。尽管我们相隔数千公里，但我们是最近的邻居。
专家说：“两国关系的建立基于几十年的持久友谊，共同的价值观和历史发展目标，两国之间最高级别的多次互访以及在国际舞台上对原则问题的相互支持”
据他介绍，在2020年的危机中，中国展示了抵御经济压力的能力和令人瞩目的技术成就，宣布了数十年的大规模转型。在与现代挑战的斗争中，北京呼吁世界各国在经济、外交政策和安全方面采取果断行动，符合其全球领导人的角色。
2020年，中国已成为白俄罗斯出口增长的地区之一。出口增长的可能性是没有限制的，在白俄罗斯国家计划中增加7至10亿美元对中国的出口。
目前，已有100多家白俄罗斯企业获得了中国市场的认可。在白俄罗斯投资的中国企业有170家（52家合资企业和118家外国独资企业）。 “巨石”工业园有来自14个国家的68家企业。
在中资银行的支持下，我国已在能源、工业、农业和物流等领域实施或正在实施的大型项目超过30个，总额达到80亿美元。扩大中资银行在白俄罗斯的业务和投资是双边合作发展的逻辑的延续。
中方注意到，我们国家积极参与了丝绸之路经济带的合作倡议（据估算，沿该方向80％的中转集装箱列车是通过白俄罗斯过境的）。在布雷米诺-奥尔沙经济特区正在建设工业物流基础设施，旨在成为欧亚经济联盟欧洲部分最大的枢纽之一。
因此，专家强调，白俄罗斯和中国当前有足够的合作潜力，能够在“一带一路”的框架内结合两国的国家发展战略，继续互利互惠的合作。
