中国必将战胜新冠肺炎疫情
中国驻白俄罗斯大使 崔启明
今年初来，中国发生了新冠肺炎疫情。面对疫情，中国人民在习近平主席的带领下，上下一心、团结一致，奋力抗击。中国政府本着对中国人民和国际社会高度负责的态度，采取了前所未有的最严格的防控举措，最大程度地阻断疫情扩散，维护公共卫生安全。前几天，有个白媒体界的朋友对我说，中国政府仅用10天时间就建起了一座可容纳1000张床位的医院，速度之快令人难以想象。我对他说，这既体现了在危机时刻的“中国速度”，更表明中国政府和人民抗击疫情的团结一致和坚定决心比钢铁还要坚硬。目前我们采取的各项措施业已取得初步成效，新冠肺炎治愈人数已大幅超过死亡人数，疑似病例增速趋缓。虽然疫情仍然严峻，但中国政府和人民完全有信心、有把握早日打赢这场疫情防控阻击战。
抗疫斗争的成败不仅事关中国人民的健康和安全，同样也关系到全球公共健康安全。疫情出现后，中国政府本着公开、透明、负责任态度与世界卫生组织和包括白俄罗斯在内的世界各国分享信息，并邀请世卫组织等相关专家前往武汉实地考察。我们采取了最全面、最严格的疫情防控措施，其中很多都远超世卫组织建议和《国际卫生条例》要求。例如，武汉等城市先后采取了“封城”措施，以最大力度切断病毒扩散。截至2月13日，全球范围内确诊新冠肺炎病例为492例，仅为当日中国国内病例数的0.8%。
中方采取的措施得到了国际社会广泛支持和赞赏。世界卫生组织总干事谭德塞先生称赞这“设立了应对疫情的新标杆”。世卫组织近期多次反复强调，没有理由采取不必要的国际旅行限制措施，呼吁国际社会勿信谣言。世界卫生组织还于日前宣布新型冠状病毒所引发疾病的英文名为“COVID-19”，这体现了国际社会对中方采取措施的坚决支持和对中国战胜疫情的坚定信心，与某些媒体将这称为“武汉肺炎”、“中国冠状病毒”形成了鲜明的对比。我们要求那些使用错误名称的媒体予以纠正。当然，我们无意淡化疫情带来的挑战，同时也希望世界各国尊重世卫组织的专业建议，并继续本着客观公正的态度，同中方一道推进正常往来合作。
新冠肺炎疫情出现以来，卢卡申科总统专门致信习近平主席表示慰问，指示白政府两次向中方紧急提供人道主义援助，并多次指示白有关部门支持中方抗击疫情的斗争，特别强调不要相信那些错误信息。白外交部、卫生部、教育部等政府各部门纷纷采取切实措施与中方开展了切实有效的合作。目前白方提供的两批人道主义援助物资已运抵中国，白相关部门为中国侨民、中资企业务工人员、中国留学生等采取的便利的、友好的、非歧视性的措施得到中国人民交口称赞。现在中国许多网友都用“患难见真情”来称赞卢卡申科总统和白人民对中国人民的深情厚谊。我想强调的是，白方行动不仅体现了卢卡申科总统和全白俄罗斯人民对中国人民的深情厚谊和大力支持，更体现了在习近平主席和卢卡申科总统的战略指引和亲自关怀下，中白相互信任、合作共赢的全面战略伙伴关系发展的高水平，堪称国与国之间关系的典范。我们对卢卡申科总统领导下的全白俄罗斯人民对中方提供的及时重要的援助表示衷心的感谢，相信这将进一步坚定中国政府和人民抗击疫情的坚定决心。我们将继续加强与包括白俄罗斯在内的国际社会的沟通，共同打好抗击疫情的战斗。
