Makéi: Belarús aboga por fundar un formato de diálogo permanente entre la UE y UEE

Belarús aboga por crear un formato para el diálogo permanente entre la Unión Europea y la Unión Económica Euroasiática, lo declaró el ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Belarús, Vladímir Makéi, en la entrevista a la edición del Comité Oriental de la Economía Alemana Osteuropa Informationen, anuncia BelTA. El ministro señaló que la idea de la integración de integraciones, o de la cooperación de integraciones, consiste en el hecho de atribuir a la aproximación de la UE y la UEE el carácter integrado y arreglado acentuando las ventajas materiales concretas para ambas alianzas. “Tal aproximación permitiría fortalecer la confianza y desmitificar la incompatibilidad y competencia de los sistemas del Oriente y el Occidente. Precisamente por este mito los países resultan delante de una elección falsa entre el Occidente y el Oriente en perjuicio de las relaciones con uno u otro socio suyo. En realidad no debe existir tal elección en general, la cooperación de dos integraciones debe demostrarlo”, resaltó el jefe de la cancillería belarusa. Conforme a sus palabras, hace falta empezar con la fundación de un formato para el diálogo constante entre la Unión Europea y la Unión Económica Euroasiática. “En su marco se podría determinar las esferas de interés primordial de ambas partes, por ejemplo, la garantía de la compatibilidad de las normas técnicas y normas de la producción industrial, normas sanitarias y fitosanitarias de la producción de bienes agrícolas en intereses de ampliar el comercio mutuo. Muchos reglamentos técnicos y normas de la Unión Económica Euroasiática ya se elaboran al tomar en cuenta las normas europeas e internacionales”, relató Vladímir Makéi. El ministro considera que para ambas partes sería ventajoso intensificar la colaboración en el campo aduanero, simplificar las condiciones de la transportación y control de cargas. El desarrollo conjunto de la infraestructura de arterias automóviles y ferroviarias de importancia continental podría ser uno de los rumbos relevantes de la cooperación. De actualidad especial es la unión de las redes de transporte de la Unión Económica Euroasiática, la Unión Europea y el proyecto iniciado por China del Cinturón y la Ruta. El gran potencial Belarús lo considera en la creación de mercados comunes de energía eléctrica y líneas de comunicación por fibra óptica transcontinentales. Vladímir Makéi agregó que se podría pensar sobre la elaboración de unas reglas coordinadas de la conducta en la esfera digital que favorecerían el desarrollo del comercio digital y otras transacciones digitales entre los países de dos uniones, también contribuirían a las decisiones digitales en el campo de transporte y transportación de pasajeros. “Belarús como participante de la Asociación Oriental, que incluye también otro miembro de la UEE – Armenia – y el país observador en la UEE – Moldavia, considera posible aprovechar el formato de la Asociación Oriental para la busca de decisiones de los problemas más actuales en la frontera de dos uniones y formas de cooperación entre ellas. Las tareas dichas serán entre las prioridades de la presidencia belarusa en la Unión Económica Euroasiática en 2020”, resumió el ministro.-

21st June was fifth International Yoga Day observed across the world. The theme for Yoga Day 2019 was "Yoga for Climate Action”. On this day, which is dedicated to inner and outer well-being of human body, people across the world practice yoga in groups. The International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga, a physical, mental and spiritual practice.
