История БЕЛАЗа начинается в сентябре 1961 года. Именно тогда был выпущен первый самосвал грузоподъёмностью 27 тонн - БелАЗ-540. Он значительно повысил производительность труда и снизил себестоимость перевозок в карьере. Создавалась машина как специализированный карьерный самосвал на основании изученного опыта работы самосвалов МАЗ-525 в карьерах. БелАЗ-540 обладал более высокой маневренностью и меньшим весом.
Самосвал БелАЗ-540 стал «фундаментом» всего семейства большегрузных автомобилей для горнодобывающей промышленности и строительства грузоподъемностью от 27 до 110 тонн.
Продукция предприятия поставляется в более 80 стран мира. С появлением новой модели грузоподъёмностью 290 тонн БЕЛАЗ расширил свою линейку самосвалов до самой широкой в мире. Сегодня БЕЛАЗ готов предложить партнёрам карьерные самосвалы 15 классов грузоподъёмности: от 30 до 450 тонн.
Самосвалы грузоподъёмностью 90 тонн и выше остаются наиболее популярными среди партнёров. Доля данной категории техники в отгрузке в январе 2019 года составила 68%, а это на 5% выше, чем в прошлом году.
Роботизация карьерной техники – один из прорывных проектов наряду с разработкой самосвалов с двигателями на альтернативных источниках энергии.
Первый дистанционно-управляемый карьерный самосвал БЕЛАЗ был разработан совместно с компанией ВИСТ Групп, и представлен в 2010 году. Главной особенностью данного самосвала являлось удалённое рабочее место оператора, полностью повторяющее кабину водителя.
Компания БЕЛАЗ внимательно изучает отзывы потребителей и принимает во внимание все пожелания представителей горнодобывающей сферы, тонко реагируя на современные требования рынка. Так, в октябре 2018 года первый роботизированный карьерный самосвал был поставлен в Россию.
Самосвалы БЕЛАЗ пользуются популярностью в Канаде, Австрии, России и странах Латинской Америки. Совсем недавно компания открыла для себя новый рынок: впервые наши карьерные самосвалы начали тестировать в Пакистане.
Самосвал такого типа может работать в трех режимах: под управлением водителя, робота, а также в удаленном доступе.
В прошлом году на выставке в Новокузнецке было показано, как работает погрузчик с удалённым оператором. Погрузчик находился в Жодино, а оператор – в Новокузнецке. Это около 2500 километров! При нынешних скоростях интернета расстояние на имеет значения – всё работает с минимальной задержкой.
