据相关信息称，新西伯利亚化学浓缩厂制造了一批用于VVER-1200反应堆的180个燃料组件，其中163个用于初始装载到反应堆中，其余17个将被运送到储备库。 俄罗斯国家原子能集团公司及时履行了关于建设白核电站第一个法典机组的义务。TVEL燃料公司的科技、技术和质量高级副总裁康斯坦丁•维耶尔格左夫指出，该核燃料的质量确认了TVEL燃料公司的质量管理的高水平。他强调，向白核电站提供的核燃料是最现代和有效的。 白俄罗斯与俄罗斯TVEL燃料公司于2107年12月签署了白核电站燃料供应合同。
俄罗斯国家原子能集团公司运营管理副总干事亚历山大•勒科善不久以前表示，白核电站将于2019年初对核燃料供应有所准备。
白俄罗斯核电站建设在格罗德诺州奥斯特洛韦茨区（根据俄罗斯新一代“3+”核电站的典型项目——核电站-2006）。第一个发电机组计划于2019年12月投入运营，第二个发电机组计划于2020年7月投入运营。
