Il est très important pour le Bélarus d’approfondir la coopération avec la Chine, a déclaré le Président biélorusse Alexandre Loukachenko pendant la rencontre avec le membre du Comité permanent du Bureau politique du Comité central du Parti communiste chinois, secrétaire de la Commission centrale de contrôle de la discipline Zhao Leji. Alexandre Loukachenko a rappelé qu’il avait rencontré le président chinois Xi Jinping en juin pendant le sommet de Qingdao. Ils avaient décidé d’entamer une nouvelle étape dans les relations entre le Bélarus et la Chine.
« Pendant le sommet de l’Organisation de coopération de Shanghaï à Qingdao j’ai rencontré le Président de la République populaire de Chine Xi Jinping. Nous avons annoncé le début d’une nouvelle étape dans les relations entre le Bélarus et la Chine. Le Bélarus et la Chine, comme on le dit aujourd’hui, sont « des frères de fer ». Au mois de mai le vice-président de la Chine Wang Qishan est venu à Minsk. Je suis heureux que notre dialogue au plus haut niveau continue sans interruption et que les relations bilatérales restent profondes. Chaque rencontre donne une nouvelle impulsion au développement commun de nos pays afin de construire une communauté avec un destin commun. Du point de vue du Bélarus, nos relations avec la Chine sont intenses et multiformes, elles se développent rapidement. Le côté biélorusse est satisfait d’une telle dynamique. Il est naturel qu’il y ait des problèmes a résoudre sur ce chemin long et difficile. Aujourd’hui il est important d’entendre votre opinion sur la qualité de notre coopération et les voies d’approfondir la coopération entre le Bélarus et la Chine ».
Zhao Leji visitra le parc industriel « Grande pierre », le musée de la Grande guerre patriotique, la Bibliothèque nationale, le compelxe historique et culturel « La ligne Staline ». Les parties signeront un mémorandum de coopération entre le Comité du contrôle d’Etat du Bélarus et la Commission nationale de supervision de la Chine.
