Le président biélorusse a fait une visite officielle en Ouzbékistan. Le Bélarus se félicite des résultats de l’Ouzbékistan dans le développement de l’économie nationale et des relations internationales, a déclaré Alexandre Loukachenko. Le Président biélorusse a remercié son collègue pour le soutien de la diaspora biélorusse, car près de 19 mille ressortissants du Bélarus résident en Ouzbékistan.
« Il a fallu que je vienne ici pour vous remercier de la vision du Bélarus et de ses habitants que vous inqulquez dans l’esprit du peuple ouzbek. Nous nous ressemblons vraiment beaucoup, nos peuples sont très laborieux. Si nous apprenions à faire le commerce comme les Ouzbeks, à présenter nos produits, nous serions deux fois plus riches. Je crois que vous nous apprendrez cette bonne pratique ».
Les relations entre les pays ont dépassé les espérances, a déclaré le président ouzbek Shavkat Mirziyoyev au cours des négociations restreintes avec Alexandre Loukachenko. Le volume des échanges entre les pays a préservé la dynamique et pourrait atteindre un milliard de dollars. Shavkat Mirziyoyev a proposé de développer la coopération dans l’agriculture, l’industrie légère, le secteur d’hydrocarbures. Le leader ouzbek a constaté également l’existence d’un grand potentiel dans la coopération interrégionale.
A la fin des négociaitons, les Présidents du Bélarus et de l’Ouzbékistan ont signé 16 documents. Les engagements principaux sont reflétés dans l’accord intergouvernemental sur la coopération sociale et économique pour 2019-2023. C’est un document cohérent qui vise le développement de l’interaction dans de divers domaines. La plupart des documents sont des accords sur le développement de la coopération entre les ministères et les organes. Les parties ont aussi signé quelques accords intergouvernementaux. Alexandre Loukachenko et Shavkat Mirziyoyev ont adopté une déclaration commune. Les présidents se félicitent du développement progressif de la coopération bilatérale. Ils sont convaincus que la mise en œuvre des accords conclus et des documents signés contribuera au développement ultérieur des relations traditionnellement amicales entre les pays.
