Соглашение о сотрудничестве, направленное на повышение профессионализма волонтеров II Европейских игр в обеспечении медицинской безопасности во время подготовки и проведения мультиспортивного форума, подписано между фондом «Дирекция II Европейских игр 2019 года» и Белорусским обществом Красного Креста (БОКК). Подписи под документом поставили директор фонда Георгий Катулин и генеральный секретарь БОКК Ольга Мычко.
В Беларуси вопросы обучения населения оказанию первой помощи являются прерогативой БОКК. Согласно подписанному соглашению кандидаты в волонтеры II Европейских игр смогут принять участие в ряде мероприятий по обучению методам оказания первой помощи; развитию потенциала и вовлечению их в общественно полезную деятельность; повышению уровня информированности по вопросам оказания первой помощи, охраны здоровья; распространению знаний об основополагающих принципах Международного движения Красного Креста и Красного Полумесяца, гуманитарных ценностях.
– Вопросам оказания помощи на массовых мероприятиях уделяется большое внимание во всей Европе, – рассказала, комментируя подписанный документ, Ольга Мычко. – Для Беларуси актуальность этого вопроса повышается в контексте подготовки и проведения II Европейских игр.
Генеральный секретарь БОКК отметила, что обучение первой помощи происходит по стандартным программам, которые разрабатываются специальными сервисами Международной федерацией обществ Красного Креста и Красного Полумесяца. В 16-часовых курсах обучения предусмотрена как теоретическая, так и практическая части, имитируются различного рода травмы, кровотечения и прочие пороговые ситуации. Кроме закрепления навыков оказания помощи, также отрабатывается готовность к той или иной ситуации и моделируется поведение человека, который оказывает помощь.
В свою очередь, Георгий Катулин выразил благодарность БОКК за инициативу по обучению волонтеров оказанию первой помощи, обратив внимание на многолетний опыт работы общества в этом направлении. Для Дирекции это исключительно важно, так как волонтеры, наряду со спортсменами определяют лицо Игр, подчеркнул он. Планируется, что на II Европейских играх будет задействовано около 8 тыс. волонтеров. Интервью прошли уже практически 2 тыс. из них. Обучить всех их правилам оказания первой помощи сложно, поэтому отбор в группы для обучения БОКК будет вестись с учетом персональных данных, опыта работы. Прошедшие подготовку волонтеры будут впоследствии задействованы на объектах с большим скоплением людей.
Стороны выразили уверенность в успешности сотрудничества. Опыт такого взаимодействия будет востребован и в дальнейшем при проведении чемпионата мира по хоккею 2021 года.
