白俄罗斯共和国总统亚历山大•卢卡申科在与中共中央军事委员会委员，国务委员，国防部部长魏凤和上将的会议上表示，中国对提高白俄罗斯防御能力起了决定性作用。
卢卡申科指出，中国对提高白俄罗斯防御能力起了决定性作用。中方帮白俄罗斯建立最现代的航天机构和发射最现代的航空卫星。我们在白俄罗斯共同建立了最现代的飞行管理与控制中心。中国帮白俄罗斯军队创造最现代的火箭武器。我认为，白俄罗斯以此创造了更现代的火箭武器的样品，中方可以对此感兴趣。我对中国对白俄罗斯军队所给予的这份无偿援助向你们表示感谢。
卢卡申科指出，因为如此，白俄罗斯将给予报答。
白俄罗斯总统补充道，西方各国对白俄罗斯实施制裁措施期间，中国对白俄罗斯给予援助。因此，白俄罗斯是中国的可靠朋友。
卢卡申科指出，此次会议使他很高兴。他说，双方可以讨论许多题目。他祝贺魏凤和中国的各个选举活动圆满结束。
白俄罗斯总统请魏凤和向习近平主席致以最诚挚的问候和最良好的祝愿。
除此之外，卢卡申科不仅祝贺魏凤和担任很高的职位，而且祝贺他担任世界上最强大的军队之一的领导人。
卢卡申科说道，他想对给白俄罗斯给予的经济和财政的援助向中国的领导人表示感谢。他特别强调了两国军事技术合作的重要性。
自2013年至2017年，白俄罗斯国防部对华进行了七次访问，中国国防部对白进行了11次访问。白俄罗斯特种作战部队和中国空降部队按照计划组织联合演练（在中国组织了一次联合演练，在白俄罗斯组织了两次联合演练）。
自2000年起，277名中国军人毕业于白俄罗斯共和国军事学院。77名白俄罗斯军人在中国人民解放军的教育机构接受了培训。
根据报道称，两国军事合作的前景方向是：中国军人在白俄罗斯国防部附属的教育机构接受教育、白俄罗斯军人在中国接受教育、共同举行演练等。除此之外，中国不仅一次给白俄罗斯给予了军事援助。2017年10月，双方签署了关于中方给予450万美元援助的协议。
双方签署了5分军事技术领域的国际条约。白中武器装备领域合作委员会协调相关工作。
