Медучреждения Беларуси к 2021 году подключатся к единой информационной системе здравоохранения, сообщил БЕЛТА заместитель министра здравоохранения Вячеслав Шило, говоря о планах по информатизации отрасли. На данном этапе ставится более глобальная задача - информатизация отрасли, направленная на объединение всех учреждений здравоохранения, отметил Вячеслав Шило. Планируется создание единой информационной среды, составной частью которой станет интегрированная электронная карта пациента, автоматизированное рабочее место врача, личный интернет-кабинет пациента. Ставится задача выйти на взаимодействие с Министерством труда и соцзащиты, другими госорганами. По результатам работы с поставщиками информационных продуктов намерены к концу 2018 - началу 2019-го получить централизованную информационную систему здравоохранения (платформу) для обмена медицинскими данными и развития новых централизованных услуг электронного здравоохранения. А в 2019-2021 планируется подключение всех учреждений к этой платформе и формирование единой базы данных по состоянию здоровья пациентов. Единая информационная среда, как ожидается, объединит все медицинские центры и фармацевтические сети, в том числе негосударственной формы собственности. Благодаря этому учреждения здравоохранения смогут обмениваться результатами диагностических исследований. Выгодно это будет в первую очередь самому пациенту, поскольку не придется проходить исследования, проведенные ранее. Единая база позволит лечащему врачу владеть полной информацией о пациенте, таким образом, он сможет более оперативно принимать решения в те или иные критические моменты. Большие возможности открывает телемедицина, позволяющая организовать дистанционное консультирование, в том числе для решения вопроса о необходимости госпитализации. Такое взаимодействие в некоторой степени уже налажено между республиканскими, областными учреждениями здравоохранения, центральными районными больницами. Например, между Минским городским онкодиспансером и РНПЦ радиационной медицины в Гомеле ведется консультирование по морфологическим исследованиям, связанным с патологией щитовидной железы. Такое сотрудничество будет расширено. По словам замминистра, предстоит разработать четкие стандарты, которые исключали бы неточности в работе по данным направлениям. С юридической точки зрения это достаточно сложный вопрос. В 2018 году по всей стране продолжится поэтапное внедрение электронного рецепта, что позволит снизить нагрузку на врача с точки зрения оформления медицинской документации. "Мы планируем в перспективе пересмотреть подходы, связанные с формой электронного рецепта, сроками его хранения, возможностью дистанционно для отдельных категорий пациентов выписывать рецепты по тем или иным направлениям", - сказал замминистра.
