白俄罗斯国家科学院研究生院校长伊戈尔•甘切列诺克在白通社新闻中心通报称，白俄罗斯和中国计划从2018年开始启动联合硕士课程。
甘切列诺克解释称，我们正在与两所中国大学一起准备联合硕士课程。计划从明年开始启动它们。培养方案是这样：硕士第一年在中国，之后两年在白俄罗斯进行。即中国大学生在中国准备入学考试，然后来到我们这里，在白俄罗斯写并提交硕士论文。只是为中国大学生规定了这样的机制。
甘切列诺克提醒，中国不仅是世界领导者和巨大的市场，那里还在积极进行着科研活动。他强调，需要明白，当前各国不仅引进或自己培养精英人才，还在那些他们对某些研发有兴趣的国家定向培养专业人才。中国对我们的技术研发肯定有具体的兴趣，这里指的是无人飞行器、制药学、电动汽车和化学工业。正因此，他们才有意将自己的学生派到我们这学习。
甘切列诺克称，在完成硕士课程后大部分中国大学生将返回中国，或者他们将在白中联合公司内找到工作。在“巨石”中白工业园内将有很多高新技术公司，这些公司将需要有专门知识的人员。

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English.
