这次的文化之旅不仅仅是为给两国媒体寻求更为广阔的合作机会， 更是兑现了一年前的承诺，为白俄民众带来了一场中原文化盛宴——中国功夫电影文化周。
9月21日上午，航空港卫视代表团首先来到白俄罗斯记协。在白俄记协，我们与“老朋友”记协副主席斯维勒库诺夫进行了会谈。斯维勒库诺夫说，一年来，白俄罗斯与中国在文化方面进行了更为频繁的交流，希望河南广播电视台能够在白俄设立记者站，深化报纸、广播电视、网络新媒体等方面的合作，使双方更加紧密地联系在一起。
航空港卫视董事长、总经理李影赞同在白俄设站的想法，“双方以记者站为依托，可以在文化交流、新闻资源互换、举办联合演出等方面走上常态化的道路。”
近年来，在“一带一路”建设框架下，中白之间的联系更加紧密，经济上涌现更多合作，文化上也有更频繁的交流。正如斯维勒库诺夫所说的一句白俄谚语“中白的关系就像高速公路上汽车一样，会一直驶向前方。”
2016年9月，卢兹基在与航空港卫视代表团会谈时曾提出，希望能早日在白俄罗斯看到由航空港卫视举办的中国文化展演。对于这次高效开展中国功夫电影文化周活动，卢兹基表示由衷的欢迎与感谢。
今年9月，“中白虽远隔千山万水，但两国人民相知相交，对彼此传统文化抱有浓厚兴趣。功夫电影周的举办定能为双方的合作起到积极作用。”卢兹基说。
航空港卫视作为服务“一带一路”倡议的海外融媒体传播平台，一直致力于“一带一路”沿线国家在文化上的互联互通。李影介绍，希望能够借此机会，把“中国功夫文化电影周”打造成一个品牌，让白俄当地的百姓感受到地道的中国文化，并期盼双方能够在未来合办“一带一路”专题研讨会、论坛，打造全方位的合作机制。
会后，双方还彼此赠送了代表民族特色的小礼品，以此寄托对两国文化交流和深度合作的祝福与期许。
9月22日上午，在白俄罗斯国家电视广播台，与白俄电视广播台第一副主席艾斯曼特、外事部部长拉丽萨、新闻信息台主播安德烈会面，双方就节目互换等合作计划深入探讨，并达成了共识。
艾斯曼特表示，中白两国之间形成了全面的战略合作关系，为双方的文化交流积攒了宝贵的经验。中国有许多迷人的文化和艺术，希望可以通过与航空港卫视的合作将它们带到白俄罗斯来。同时，他还邀请航空港卫视参加白俄罗斯每年举办的国际新闻展和论坛。
新闻信息台主播安德烈同样是一位“中国迷”，他在近一年时间里两次到访中国，并对中国的一切充满兴趣，“中国拥有非常丰富的文化，特别是中国的功夫，神秘而迷人。希望我们两台可以尽快地建立起合作关系，让充满魅力的中国文化在白俄罗斯被大众所熟知。”
会谈后，在双方的共同见证下，河南广播电视台与白俄电视广播台签署了节目互换框架合作协议，这标志着双方的合作交流即将掀开新的篇章。
明斯克时间9月23日下午五点，备受期待与瞩目的中国功夫电影文化周在白俄罗斯文化宫拉开大幕。
“中国功夫电影文化周”由河南广播电视台主办，河南航空港卫视承办，是国家新闻出版广电总局2017年度“丝绸之路影视桥工程”入选项目。功夫电影周于今年9月20-30日，先后在白俄罗斯、匈牙利、希腊等“一带一路”沿线国家举办。
本次功夫电影周以“一带一路”倡议为核心，以“联接中外，沟通世界”为主旨，包含中国功夫电影展映、中国文化综艺晚会、中国电影文化图片展等部分。
在晚会现场，来自嵩山少林武术学校的武僧们用惊心动魄的少林功夫表演跨越了语言障碍，赢得白俄观众热烈的掌声。太极扇、中国民歌联唱、双人舞、京胡独奏等丰富多彩的节目形式，为当地观众带来了一场中原文化的视听盛宴。在此基础上，表演团队特意增添了与观众的互动环节，还加入了当地民歌的表演。
