9月1~5日，甘肃省委副书记、省长唐仁健率甘肃省政府代表团对白俄罗斯进行友好访问中，在视察白俄罗斯明斯克市甘肃投资开办的东方餐厅时讲到，要保持特色优势，民俗风格，弘扬中华文化，进一步加强双方在中医药人才培养、文化交流、服务贸易等方面的合作。
甘肃与东欧的白俄罗斯间的交流合作日益密切，双方开展了多层次、多领域的务实合作。甘肃省商务厅介绍，在政府互访、经贸合作、医药卫生、教育文化等方面取得了重要成果。甘肃至白俄罗斯班列开通、陇南市与白俄罗斯格罗德诺市结为友好城市、甘肃民企借道白俄罗斯开拓渠道、甘肃在白俄罗斯举办特色商品展……2015年~2017年，白俄罗斯还曾作为主宾国参加了第21届兰洽会，之后两年都有政府要员率团参加兰洽会；与此同时，甘肃作为西北唯一省份参加了多次在白俄罗斯举行的“中白地方经贸合作论坛”和经贸交易活动。
2017年9月4日，在当甘肃省省长唐仁健率甘肃省政府代表团访问白俄罗斯期间，位于明斯克市的东方餐厅正式开业，并迎来了本国家乡的第一批贵客。
唐仁健称赞了甘肃餐饮“走出去”拓展市场的经营思路，希望企业在“一带一路”建设中成为发展服务功能，利用餐饮酒店多为中国企业服务，搭起中白经贸合作的新桥梁。

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
