据白塔社报道，义乌中国小商品城海外分市场有可能要落户白俄罗斯奥尔沙区的博尔巴索沃村。白俄罗斯总统办公厅副主任斯诺普科夫·尼古拉与浙江省义乌市市委常委、常务副市长陈小忠率领的中国代表团会谈中讨论了建立义乌中国小商品城海外分市场的前景。
会谈后奥尔沙区与义乌市签署了合作备忘录，布列米诺（BREMINO）集团与浙江中国小商品城集团股份有限公司签署了意向协议。
布列米诺集团经理瓦西里·杰缅捷伊称，中国代表团前一天访问了博尔巴索沃在建的“布列米诺-奥尔沙”多式联运工业物流综合中心。它是为了发展白俄罗斯物流系统而建，以保障货运最佳改革、对商品进行再加工并将其从生产者运送到欧盟和欧亚经济联盟消费者手中。
正是在这里计划建立义乌中国小商品城海外分市场，可以供应批发小商品。杰缅捷伊说，根据销售量的增长，受欢迎商品的生产可能将从中国迁移到“布列米诺-奥尔沙”中心的生产平台。白俄罗斯将成为建立义乌中国小商品城海外分市场的第二个欧洲国家。2016年，义乌中国小商品城首个海外分市场落户波兰华沙。
据他介绍，这个联合项目将有助于集中白俄罗斯的贸易流。奥尔沙区执委会主席亚历山大·波赞尼克认为，这个项目将有助于推进“一带一路”倡议。会谈期间，双方同意成立工作组，制定分阶段落实该项目的计划。
据悉，此次其实是中国代表团的回访。今年四月，斯诺普科夫·尼古拉访问了义乌，会见了义乌市委书记盛秋平。在会晤中，达成了实施重大联合经济项目的协议。
义乌位于中国东南部，有世界最大的室内批发市场“义乌国际商贸城”。
