国资委主任代表团访问白俄罗斯，38所入驻中白工业园
为落实国家“一带一路”倡议，7月31日，国务院国资委主任肖亚庆率16家中央企业到访白俄罗斯首都明斯克，就两国元首共同关注的中白工业园建设一事推进落实有关项目。
中国电科总经理刘烈宏代表集团公司随同出访，38所所长、党委副书记陈信平随行出访。
当地时间8月1日上午，白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科接见了国资委主任肖亚庆率领的央企代表团。卢卡申科在会见中指出，中白工业园是“一带一路”的重要核心节点，对白俄罗斯以及亚洲、欧洲和美洲很多国家发展都颇有裨益，相信在两国共同努力下，中白工业园一定会建成最大、最先进的高技术产业园，推动双边贸易加速发展，成为两国合作的标杆。在白期间，代表团还会见了白俄罗斯总统办公厅副主任斯诺普科夫，拜会了中国驻白俄罗斯大使崔启明。刘烈宏总经理全程参加上述活动。
访问期间，肖亚庆主任率领央企代表团到访中白工业园，参加了中白工业园入驻企业揭牌暨签约仪式。中国电科38所作为14家入园企业代表，现场签约入驻并获颁发中白工业园园区居民证书，中国电科28所现场签署了企业入园意向协议。两家单位合作项目涉及大数据、人工智能、新型能源、智能飞控、空管及船舶交通管理、城市运营等。
本次签约是中国电科集团首次入驻中白工业园，得到了国务院国资委等有关部委的高度肯定和大力支持，这不仅是中国电科响应国家“一带一路”倡议，承担央企责任，发挥央企带头作用的具体举措，更是落实集团公司全球化配置资源，深入探索供给侧结构性改革，挖掘新动能要求，广泛开展国际技术合作，乃至推动国际化经营的关键一步。
中国电科与白俄罗斯开展合作由来已久，与相关单位有着良好的合作关系，本次签约将促使集团公司更加高效地利用属地资源，更加密切地与有关国家开展合作，更加开放、系统地提升自身体建设。
2010年3月，时任国家副主席的习近平访问白俄罗斯，当时白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科就向习近平表达了中国在白俄罗斯境内建设工业园区的愿望。
2011年9月，中白两国签署了合作协定。中白工业园的地址，选在了白俄罗斯首都明斯克的近郊，距离明斯克市只有25公里，总占地面积91.5平方公里，是中国在欧洲规模最大的工业园。工业园毗邻明斯克国际机场，柏林-莫斯科洲际高速公路穿越园区，地理位置优越。
2015年5月10日，国家主席习近平在明斯克同白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科举行会谈。习近平希望双方以这次会晤为契机，推动两国高水平的政治关系转化为更多实实在在的务实合作成果，共同开创中白全面战略伙伴关系新时代。他建议推动两国发展战略对接，共建丝绸之路经济带。要把中白工业园建设作为合作重点，发挥政府间协调机制作用，谋划好园区未来发展，将园区项目打造成丝绸之路经济带上的明珠和双方互利合作的典范。
2016年6月24日，国家主席习近平在塔什干会见白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科。习近平强调，要以中白工业园项目为抓手，深化大项目合作，带动两国贸易、投资、金融、地方合作全面发展，推动“一带一路”建设。卢卡申科表示，白俄罗斯愿密切同中方经贸、地方、高技术合作，积极参与“一带一路”建设，把中白工业园打造成为“一带一路”标志性项目。
截至2017年7月，园区入驻企业已达13家，包括中国电科、中航工业、奥地利木材公司 Krono Span，白俄罗斯公司Pectin等13家企业，预计年内入驻企业将达到20家。

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
