7月25日,2017年“中国大使奖学金”颁奖典礼在明斯克北京饭店举行。来自白俄罗斯国立大学、明斯克国立语言大学以及明斯克、奥尔沙和维捷布斯克等地多所中学的30名汉语学习优等生获得这一奖学金。
今年刚从明斯克第23中学毕业的索菲娅·雅布隆斯卡娅,因为在今年白俄罗斯奥林匹克汉语竞赛中的突出表现成为“中国大使奖学金”获得者。她对新华社记者说，她从小学开始学习汉语，已经11年。获得“中国大使奖学金”让她非常高兴,她感谢中国大使馆在其汉语学习方面提供的帮助。她同时也获得了中国政府提供的奖学金,9月份将去中国继续汉语学习,继续深入了解中国文化。
中国驻白俄罗斯大使崔启明在颁奖典礼上致辞说,近年来中白两国关系出现了良好的增长势头,两国教育领域合作不断深化,青少年之间的交流与互动日益频繁。随着汉语科目进入白俄罗斯奥林匹克竞赛和白俄罗斯中学毕业统一考试,白俄罗斯学生学习汉语的热情空前高涨。中国驻白大使馆将一如既往地支持白汉语教学,为白热爱汉语和中国文化、品学兼优的大、中小学生学习汉语创造更好的条件。他希望同学们继续努力学好汉语,为增进中白两国青少年之间的友谊,为推动中白世代友好贡献自己的力量。
出席颁奖典礼的白俄罗斯教育部第一副部长博古什在致辞时首先感谢中国驻白俄罗斯大使馆多年来对白俄罗斯汉语教学的大力支持。他表示,汉语学习有助于学生们了解中国文化和中国人民,并能交到中国朋友。他说:“这实际上是对自己未来的投资,是对白中两国关系的投资。语言学习有助于增进两国人民之间的相互理解,有助于进一步发展两国全天候友谊”。
中国驻白俄罗斯大使馆设立“中国大使奖学金”,旨在鼓励并激发广大白俄罗斯学生学习汉语的积极性和主动性,为白俄罗斯品学兼优的大、中小学生学习汉语提供更优越和更广泛的资源和条件。“中国大使奖学金”根据学生在校汉语成绩、奥林匹克汉语竞赛成绩进行评定,奖金额度为每人一次性奖励1000美元。

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
