白俄罗斯的莫吉廖夫州与河南省是友好省、州，2014年郑州市和莫吉廖夫市缔结为国际友好城市，今年是莫吉廖夫市建市750周年，莫吉廖夫市为此举行多项庆祝活动。其中一项子活动是名为“石头童话”的 “国际雕刻创作营”。
作为友好城市的郑州收到莫市的特别邀请，选排一名雕刻家参加，阴差阳错，任务最终落到了郑州文化馆雕塑壁画院张松正身上。 在别人选剩下的石头中，张松正临时改变方案，在一块留着开石钻孔形成类似中国“竹简”的的石头上做文章。中国有句格言：“精诚所至，金石为开”这不但是石头的童话，更是对郑州——莫吉廖夫两个友好城市的一种衷心祝愿。——新的创意现场诞生。
“精诚所至，金石为开“，是中国的一句格言，意指人诚心所到，能感动天地，使金石为之开裂。作品在似有中国传统“竹简“的原石立面上，雕刻篆书体的这句格言，并以“乳钉、铁链、铁锁“等其它形象辅助，意在表达郑州、莫吉廖夫两个城市精诚永在，友谊长存！

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
