6月2日上午，河南鑫融基金控股份有限公司迎来了几位特殊的客人。白俄罗斯共和国驻华特命全权大使鲁德•基里尔•瓦连其诺维奇等一行10余人，专程来到鑫融基参观考察，共商合作发展。鑫融基董事长年永安等陪同考察。这是继5月14日在“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛上，鑫融基与白俄罗斯签署战略合作协议，拟“扩营”至中白工业园后，双方进行的又一次深度交流。
基•瓦•鲁德大使一行首先参观了鑫融基金控大厦。鑫融基执行董事朱艳君向贵宾们介绍了鑫融基11年来的发展历程、经营理念、业务模式、风险控制、发展战略、产业投资方向等。
作为一位经济学博士，基•瓦•鲁德在成为驻华大使之前，曾在白俄罗斯国立经济大学财政金融系任教，在白俄罗斯华为技术有限公司任副总经理，随后成为白俄罗斯共和国总统助理和总统办公厅经济总局局长。对中白经济合作，大使如数家珍。
大使一行对鑫融基能为中小企业提供综合性、全方位、多层次、全生命周期服务的业务模式深感兴趣，并希望能在白俄罗斯复制推广，助力当地企业健康持续发展。
座谈会上，鲁德大使表示，今年是中国与白俄罗斯建立外交关系25周年，中白两国相互支持、相互信任，在政治、经济等领域亲密合作，建立了深厚的友谊。值得一提的是，中白工业园的开发建设得到中白两国政府的高度重视，她是中国与白俄罗斯之间最大的投资合作项目，也是“一带一路”的旗舰项目，欢迎中国企业到白俄罗斯投资兴业。同时他希望，鑫融基能够与白俄罗斯就农牧业、金融等领域展开深入合作，助力当地企业健康持续发展。
年永安对基•瓦•鲁德大使的到来表示热烈欢迎。他说，中白两国已建立了深厚的友谊，这有利于我们在经济方面的合作，鑫融基主要是做金融和产业投资的，借助金融平台进行实业投资，比如中白工业产业园区，如果条件合适，我们可以将好项目落户在那里。并表示，鑫融基将积极响应中国“一带一路”倡议，通过资本、技术、商业模式的国际合作通道，在新材料、新能源、智能制造、绿色工程等领域进行产业投资。与白俄罗斯的合作，是鑫融基跨出国门的第一步。近期鑫融基将组团回访白俄罗斯，通过双方互访，加深彼此的了解，推进合作的进程。
当天下午，副省长徐济超、省政府副秘书长黄布毅，在郑州会见了基•瓦•鲁德大使。年永安应邀参加会见。

I recently learned my surname is not Polish, but Belarusian. I heard you on shortwave in the past and am so happy to listen online in English. We hear nothing about Belarus here in the US so I am so glad to learn about your country. Keep on broadcasting in English. I also joined the Hoererklub on Facebook as I can understand German.
