Belarus hat auf den erneuten, dritten Atomtest in Nordkorea scharf reagiert. Die offizielle Erklärung des Außenministeriums wurde auf der Internetseite der belarussischen Behörde veröffentlicht. „Belarus verurteilt heftig den dritten Atomtest der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea am 12. Februar. Dieser Test ist eine deutliche und ernsthafte Verletzung der UN-Resolutionen. Durch solche Handlungen bedroht die Nordkorea den internationalen Frieden und die Sicherheit der Nordostasiatischen Region und außerhalb“, hieß es. Die Republik Belarus meint, Nordkorea müsse sich unverzüglich an seine internationalen Verpflichtungen, also Umsetzung des Atomwaffensperrvertrags und Bestimmungen des UN-Sicherheitsrates, halten und dem Kernwaffenteststoppvertrag beitreten.
Die internationale Gemeinschaft hat den Atomtest Nordkoreas verurteilt. UN-Generalsekretär Ban Ki Moon nannte den Test eine “deutliche und ernsthafte Verletzung“ der UN-Resolutionen. Die Situation kommentiert unser politischer Berichterstatter Ruslan Prohorow.
„Washington hat als eine der ersten auf die Handlugen von Pjöngjang reagiert. US-Präsident Barack Obama rief die internationale Gemeinschaft zu „unverzüglichen Handlungen“ auf. Mit scharfer Verurteilung von Handlungen seines Verbündeten trat China auf. Es rief nordkoreanische Behörden auf, sich an die internationalen Verpflichtungen über Nichtanwendung von Kernwaffen zu halten und die Lage auf der Koreanischen Halbinsel nicht zu verschärfen. Nordkorea, das tatsächlich schon Kernwaffen hat, und der Iran, den der Entwicklung von Kernwaffen verdächtigt wird, sind ständige Kopfschmerzen für die internationale Gemeinschaft und in erster Linie für die NATO-Staaten. Wirklich kann das Entstehen neuer Kernstaaten die Stärkung der internationalen Sicherheit nicht fördern. Andererseits entsteht hier eine vernünftige Frage: Warum strebt Nordkorea sowie einige andere Länder, sein eigenes Kern-Arsenal zu bekommen? Die Antwort ist offensichtlich. Das moderne System der internationalen Beziehungen garantiert die Sicherheit und die Achtung der Staatlichen Souveränität nicht. Der Besitz von Kernwaffen wird von vielen Staaten als ein Instrument für das Zurückhalten der möglichen Aggression betrachtet.“
