白俄罗斯经济部长乌拉季米尔.济诺夫斯基和总统办公厅副主任尼科莱.斯诺普科夫会见了中国商业代表团 – “巨石”中白工业园开发股份有限公司的管理公司中国招商局集团和中国机械工业集团的股东代表。与会者讨论了2016年工业园建设工作结果、建设事务和2017年工作计划。中方企业代表确认了自己参与工业园发展及进一步招商工作的意愿。在讨论过程中双方表达了继续招商的打算，确定了到2017年底总计有20家入驻企业这一标准作为标的。
白俄罗斯经济部副部长帕维尔.乌秋平同样于4月9日与中国国有资产监督管理委员会下属公司投资协会举行了会谈，讨论了协会企业与白俄罗斯伙伴实施的联合项目的前景。该协会成员包括60家大型隶属于中国国务院国有资产监督管理委员会的国有公司，其中有20多家企业是全球500强企业。
双方约定了协会领导和协会企业代表对白俄罗斯的访问，以直观了解中国公司进入白俄罗斯企业股本的可行性。
在白俄罗斯经济部部长乌拉季米尔.济诺夫斯基和中国商务部副部长俞建华的主持下今日在北京举行了“巨石”中白工业园事务工作组第十次会议。与会者详细讨论了工业园发展关键事务，从工业园基础设施建设工作进程和入驻项目到融资和法律制度的完善。
乌拉季米尔.济诺夫斯基在会议开场时表示，在2017年我们进入了投入运营和发展这一新的项目阶段，对此，我感谢你们对联合项目的成功所做的贡献。这必须促进一步高效、积极地实施项目工作。部长特别强调了保障工业园有吸引力的投资环境的重要性及工业园作为形成未来经济的高技术产业布局中心在白中双边关系中的特殊战略意义。
工作组讨论并总体上赞同2017年项目实施工作进度计划，委托在最短期限内确认该计划。该计划包括改善园区管理机制、园区基础设施建设及规划、包括将工业园作为国际项目进行推广的招商引资、对园区的发展给予财政及技术支持、对首批入驻企业经营活动给予协作、促进园区内科研活动等措施。
在会议上提供了准备及通过“关于改进“巨石”中白工业园特殊法律制度”命令草案的时间信息。中方高度重视该事务并积极评价该文件是给投资者带来额外利益的有效工具。此外，还听取了个别打算在园区内实施项目的伙伴公司的报告。
