Das Staatliche Komitee für Gerichtsgutachten plant Abschluss eines Abkommens mit Kollegen aus dem russischen Ministerium für Innere Angelegenheiten. Das sagte Leiter des belarussischen Staatskomitees für Gerichtsgutachten, Andrej Schwed, vor Journalisten.
„Heute schließen wir ein Kooperationsabkommen mit unseren russischen Kollegen aus dem Innenministerium“, sagte der Komiteevorstand. Er machte darauf aufmerksam, dass die belarussische Hauptstelle für Gerichtsgutachten mit den führenden Expertenzentren Russlands Kooperation aufnehme. Auch in diesem Jahr stünden mehrere Arbeitstreffen mit russischen Experten an.
Mit Blick auf die Zusammenarbeit mit russischen Gutachtern sagte Andrej Schwed, Belarus habe von Kollegen aus Russland neue Gutachten-Methoden – etwa psychophysiologisches Gutachten am Polygraph – in die Praxis übernommen. Dafür haben belarussische Gutachter lange Fortbildungsseminare in Anspruch nehmen müssen. Bei der Ermittlung gegen sexuale Verbrecher sei diese Gutachten-Methode sehr gefragt. Russland verfüge außerdem über eine solide Basis für die Fortbildung im Bereich Prävention von Drogenhandel.
