The 12th session of the Interagency Commission on Military and Economic Cooperation of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will take place in Minsk, reported from CSTO Press Secretary Vladimir Zainetdinov.
According to the source, the session will focus on the main directions for pursuing a universal technical policy of the CSTO member states in the area of military standardization and the formation of a single legal base, practical implementation of the regulation on the interstate system for cataloging supplies for the armies of the CSTO member states, said Vladimir Zainetdinov.
The session’s agenda also includes the formation of an effective system for the maintenance and repairs of the weapons and military hardware used by the armies and other militarized units of the CSTO member states.
The session will be chaired by Russian Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Alexander Potapov. CSTO Deputy Secretary General Valery Semerikov, heads and members of national parts of the Interagency Commission on Military and Economic Cooperation, Chairman of the Business Council under the CSTO Interagency Commission on Military and Economic Cooperation Alexander Nozdrachev.
