Belarusian-Russian united air defense system fully operational

      Belarus and Russia have completed forming the united air defense system in the Eastern Europe collective security region. BelTA quotes Chief of the General Staff, First Deputy Commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces Pavel Kurachenko who took part in the session of the Air Defense Coordinating Committee under the CIS Defense Ministers Council in Tver, Russia.
      Major-General Oleg Dvigalev, Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Belarusian army, has been appointed commander of the united regional air defense system.
