Latvia’s Riga hosts the Eastern Partnership summit. In accordance with the instructions of the President of Belarus our country in the Latvian capital is represented by Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei.
Previously, he took part in a meeting of foreign ministers of the Visegrad Group and the Eastern Partnership member countries. Vladimir Makei expressed the position of Belarus, drawing attention to the need for non-confrontational and pragmatic approach to the summit in the Latvian capital city.
