Olympics 2016: Talay misses out on 100m Hurdles final

         The 12th day of the Olympics in Rio started for Belarusians more than successfully. Marina Litvinchuk reached the final in kayak singles and today will compete for the gold in 500 m race. Ivan Tikhon and Sergey Kolomoets have also been successful in hammer throw. Unfortunately Alina Talay failed in 100 m.
        Today Vasilisa MarzalYuk and Maria MamashUk perform in wrestling matches. And at night Tatiana Kholodovich will compete for medals in the javelin, while runner Marina Arzamasova will try to get into the final in women's 800 m. The team US top the medal standings, followed by the UK and China. Team Belarus occupy the 37th position with five medals.
