Minsk to host Second Youth Theater Forum of the CIS Baltic states and Georgia

       The Second Youth Theater Forum of the CIS Baltic states and Georgia opened in Minsk. It will feature productions from 14 countries, BelTA quotes Belarus’ First Deputy Culture Minister Irina Driga.
      According to her, the forum will give Belarusians the rare opportunity to see the whole panorama of theatrical life. The program of the forum will not be limited to the competition performances only. The interest in the new-generation theater, including the opportunities for young talent in theater, is high this year which was declared the Year of Youth.
       The forum openes with Iskander Sakaev’s production Chekhov. Comedy. Seagull at the Belarusian State Youth Theater.
        The First Youth Theater Forum of the CIS countries, Baltic states and Georgia took place in Chisinau, Moldova, in 2012.
