Belarus, Ecuador outline prospects for intensifying interstate dialogue

       Prospects for deepening of the interstate dialogue were discussed at a meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Ecuador Igor Poluyan and Sylvia Espindola, the Acting Director of Department of North America and Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador, and Gonzalo Gonzalez, the Head of the Department of bilateral and multilateral relations with Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports. The parties discussed the prospects for intensifying the interstate dialogue, the status of implementation of major joint projects in seismic exploration and oil production, the cooperation in the construction and educational spheres, and the development of bilateral legal base.
       “In this regard the parties welcomed the intergovernmental convention on avoidance of double taxation between Belarus and Ecuador which will be signed soon,” the press service said.
