Lukashenko: Belarus is ready to boost cooperation with Khabarovsk Krai


         Belarus is ready to boost the cooperation with Khabarovsk Krai of Russia, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said as he met with Governor of Khabarovsk Krai Vyacheslav Shport in Minsk. The President noted that in modern times the geographical distance is not an obstacle to cooperation. "I think that in the near future we must seriously analyze the processes related to the trade with Khabarovsk Krai and make our worthy contribution to the development of this region, to the overcoming of the consequences of the floods that happened last year," said the President of Belarus. Alexander Lukashenko assured that he is ready to consider any offers and the issues of the development of bilateral ties. "
In turn, Vyacheslav Shport said that the Khabarovsk delegation brought their proposals and jointly with the Belarusian government will consider the plan of action for the next three years to strengthen cooperation with a view to raising it to a higher quality level.
