The relevant arrangements were made during the meeting of Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Kalinin and World Bank Country Manager for Belarus Young Chul Kim, the press service of the Belarusian government told reporters.
During the meeting Young Chul Kim mentioned the Belarusian government’s tight cooperation with the World Bank. The sides discussed aspects of implementing projects in the area of transport, housing and utility services which are financed at the expense of World Bank loans. Participants of the meeting also discussed prospects of further interaction during the implementation of infrastructure projects in the Republic of Belarus, including with assistance of financial institutions of the European Union.
