Belarus, Argentina to work out full-fledged legal framework

Belarus and Argentina intend to form a full-fledged legal framework at the parliamentary level, Vitaly Busko, Deputy Chairman of the International Affairs Commission of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, told media after the meeting with a delegation of Argentina’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Argentina to Russia with concurrent accreditation to Belarus Pablo Tettamanti. According to Vitaly Busko, the parties discussed the development of bilateral relations for the short-term, including parliamentary cooperation and the need of a full-fledged legal framework as a basis to create favorable conditions for cooperation. “We have already set up a working group on cooperation with the parliament of Argentina. Argentina has been completing the corresponding work to announce the composition of the group in the near future,” the MP said. “After that we will be able to plan our future meetings and talk about concrete steps at the parliamentary level of the two countries,” he added.
