You know what we are capable of. We stand ready to do anything you might ask. There's one more reason we feel you are close to us, and that is our good knowledge about your land. Belarus' Vitebsk region is very similar to you, and it's good that you are cooperating, as the region's governor reports. And if you feel you need something more from us in terms of advancing our interaction, be sure to let us know.
