PSA Peugeot Citroen might start manufacturing cars in Belarus.
The compnay decided to end car production at Moscow’s ZIL and might relocate its operations to Belarus.
Another important joint project is the one with General Motors that has recently announced its decision to start operations in Belarus. It has announced long-term plans to manufacture cars in Belarus. The company is going to assemble 7,000 cars per year after reaching its designed capacity. This company will expand its operations in Belarus using new technologies. This is a landmark investment event for Belarus. The assembly factory will be located on the premises of the joint venture Unison near Minsk.
