Президент Беларуси Александр Лукашенко призывает укреплять в Евразийском экономическом союзе технологический суверенитет вне зависимости от динамики отношений с Западом. Об этом глава государства заявил в своем выступлении в Москве на II Евразийском экономическом форуме, передает корреспондент БЕЛТА.
По словам белорусского лидера, промышленная кооперация позволит создавать продукцию под евразийским брендом с максимальной степенью локализации, а также формировать новые импортозамещающие проекты.
"Более четверти ввозимых в союз промышленных товаров примерно на $70 млрд в год может быть замещено продукцией национальных производителей. Огромный кусок. Дай бог освоить. Четвертая промышленная революция дает шанс для эффективной реализации импортозамещающих инициатив в реальном секторе экономики на региональном уровне", - сказал Александр Лукашенко.
"Вне зависимости от дальнейшей динамики наших отношений с так называемыми западными партнерами технологический суверенитет и замещение критического импорта останутся основой для дальнейшего развития нашего союза", - заявил Президент.
Он также перечислил направления, которые будут приоритетными для Беларуси. Это развитие производства высокоточного оборудования, оснащенного современной электронной микропроцессорной компонентной базой и программным обеспечением, реализация совместных проектов по производству электронной и оптической продукции, повышение внимания к технологиям создания чипов, интегральных схем, технологиям беспилотного управления, автоматизации и роботизации обрабатывающей промышленности.
Александр Лукашенко обратил внимание, что Беларусь над этим работает вместе с Российской Федерацией и немало сделано в этом направлении. Например, в сфере микроэлектроники. "Третий год, как нас пытаются наклонить (санкциями. - Прим. БЕЛТА). Ничего, - отметил он. - Значит, мы что-то можем делать. И мы это делаем уже".
Еще в числе приоритетных для Беларуси направлений - изготовление электромеханических систем, включая развитие технологий производства современных мехатронных и электромеханических компонентов робототехнических систем, системы ЧПУ, а также литийионных батарей.
Глава государства особо отметил, что в небольшой Беларуси все это возможно прежде всего потому, что "мы стоим на плечах того, что было создано в Советском Союзе". Ведь Беларусь развивалась именно как высокотехнологичная республика. И это удалось сохранить, несмотря на все сложности.
Вместе с тем Александр Лукашенко констатировал, что по ряду направлений в технологическом развитии есть отставание от передового мирового уровня, но в целом в стране есть все необходимое. "Поэтому не надо умирать, что мы где-то отстали. Надо бежать. Надо догонять и надо создавать. Вот мы с Президентом России и наметили такой курс на примере микроэлектроники и того, что я перечислил в нашей промышленности. Но для этого надо доверять друг другу. Надо быть вместе, надо быть ближе. Для этого и создан Евразийский экономический союз", - подчеркнул белорусский лидер.
