Belarusian multi-brand centers in Russia to get light industry corners

Light industry corners will appear in Belarusian multi-brand centers in Russia, Nadezhda Lazarevich, chairperson of the Belarusian state light industry concern (Bellegprom Concern) told journalists after a presentation of standardized personal protective gear for the Industry Ministry in Minsk, BelTA reports.

Nadezhda Lazarevich noted that the concern has been tasked with ensuring Belarusian light industry has a presence in multi-brand centers. “Such centers are growing in popularity in the Russian Federation. They sell not only heavy industry products and machinery made by MTZ, Gomselmash, MAZ, and other manufacturers. Light industry would like to find a place there too, and we have received such an assignment,” she said.

According to her, these corners will feature, among other items, the workwear that was presented today for the Industry Ministry employees. “Along with that, our products like pillows, fabrics, tablecloths, and maybe even carpeting for industrial use will be placed in these multi-brand centers so that visitors and buyers of equipment can purchase these goods too,” Nadezhda Lazarevich explained.

In the first quarter of 2026, Bellegprom Concern saw strong export dynamics. “We met our investment targets. And now we will actively work on the finished product output,” the chairperson of the concern said.
