The Belarusian automobile engineering company BelAZ has opened a technical support center in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast.

The center has been opened as part of the work to offer proprietary maintenance services in more locations. On 28 May Avtotekhinmash Company, an official dealership of BelAZ, opened a technical support center, which offers cutting-edge proprietary maintenance services to end users. The new facility for the maintenance of haul trucks is located in the city of Gubkin, Belgorod Oblast.

Top executives of BelAZ, BelAZ Trading House, Avtotekhinmash, representatives of the Gubkin city administration and the Belgorod Oblast administration, and business partners of the Belarusian company took part in the opening ceremony. BelAZ representatives noted that the technical support center will offer maintenance and repairs to haul trucks used by mining companies in Russia’s central and southern federal districts.

The technical support center comprises a spare parts warehouse, an administrative wing, and manufacturing floors. At present it employs 20 specialists. Five mobile teams have been created to promptly repair BelAZ vehicles regardless of the complexity of the malfunction.
