A working group on promotion of Sustainable Development Goals has been set up in Belarus, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Information Ministry. The goal is to promote public awareness on the Sustainable Development Goals in Belarus, including among children and the youth. In 2015, the UN General Assembly adopted Resolution with 17 Sustainable Development Goals included in it.
