Domracheva second in IBU Cup Biathlon standings

       Darya Domracheva of Belarus goes second in the IBU Cup Biathlon total standings giving way only to Tora Berger of Norway.
This season the Belarusian has graced the IBU Cup podium three times. She was second in the women’s 15K Individual and the women’s 10K Pursuit in Oestersund, Sweden. She won the women’s 7.5km Sprint in Hochfilzen, Austria.
Darya Domracheva collected 244 points in the IBU Cup Biathlon two legs. Her close rival Tora Berger of Norway has 282 points. Olga Vilukhina of Russia goes third with 172 points.
Nadezhda Skandino of Belarus is 13th (124 points), Anastasia Duborezova is 38th (28 points), Lyudmila Kalinchik is 41st (24) among 63 athletes.
In the competition for small Crystal Globes Darya Domracheva is also second in the individual, sprint and pursuit race events after Norway’s Tora Berger.
As for the men’s events, Evgeny Abramenko of Belarus collected 3 points to finish 63rd in the IBU Cup table. Sergei Novikov took one point to place 66th among 66 athletes.
The IBU Cup Biathlon third round will take place in Pokljuka, Slovenia, on 13-16 December.
