Representatives of 15 countries will show their skills at the 38th international art festival Belarusian Musical Autumn

       Representatives of 15 countries will show their skills at the 38th international art festival Belarusian Musical Autumn and the international musical forum Belarusians of the World that will take place as part of the forum for the first time. The information was released by Yuri Gildyuk, Creative Director of the Belarusian State Philharmonic.
      This year’s festival is timed to the 75th anniversary of the foundation of the Belarusian State Philharmonic and coincides with the celebration of the 75th birthday of People’s Artist of Belarus, Professor Dmitry Smolsky. A concert to mark the jubilee of the famous composer will start the festival on 14 October. Dmitry Smolsky’s three works will be performed by the State Academic Symphonic Orchestra of Belarus. A laureate of international contests, Yuri Blinov (piano) will take part in the concert. The creative director and the chief conductor will be People’s Artist of Belarus Alexander Anisimov.
       According to Yuri Gildyuk, the Belarusians of the World forum will allow the public to get familiar with Belarusian musicians and conductors, who study or work abroad in leading concert organizations of Greece, Germany, the USA, Belgium and France. Among them are Andrei Kovalinsky, Timur Sergiyenya, Angelina Tkacheva and other ones.
