Belarus-US first investment forum to take place in New York on 22 September

       The first Belarusian-American investment forum will be held in New York on 22 September, BelTA learnt from the National Agency of Investment and Privatization (NAIP) that organizes the event.
Taking part in the forum will be representatives of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus, the Finance Ministry, the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the National Bank of Belarus, the Hi-Tech Park and the company that promotes the Chinese-Belarusian Industrial Park. Invitations to attend the event were sent to over 500 potential participants, the NAIP noted.
       “This forum is one of the most important economic events for Belarus, because it will provide a platform to engage in an open dialogue between Belarusian government officials and potential foreign investors, the agency believes. Top on the agenda of the forum will be improvement of the investment climate in the country. The participants of the forum will be able to get information about Belarus’ investment potential and the opportunities related to Belarus’ participation in the Single Economic Space.
